My name is Chris Snyder. I am the owner and guide of Shamrock Guide Service. I was born and raised in Alaska which is where my love for fishing started. I have been fishing for as long as I can remember. On all our family vacations we were fishing and camping. I have lived in Washington for about twelve years now and love the fishing here.
Being a guide is a lot different than just fishing with your buds. It takes patience, people skills and great knowledge. You need to know how to catch fish and a lot of them! By far the best part of this job is seeing people catch their first fish, large or small, young or old, it's awesome! I will do everything in my power to make sure you and your friends have a good time on the water and catch some fish. Whether it's trout, salmon or steelhead, I will put everything into it to see you catch fish! My goal is to have all my clients leave with a smile and a memory. If this happens, I did my job.
